Japan Club Official Welcome Dinner

We are planning on having the Welcome Dinner on Sep. 17t (7pm-9pm). It costs you $13 and we also prepare meals for vegetarians. We would like to confirm how many people are attending by 9/13, so please reply to this message with your answers to the questions below.

We need to know...
- your name and phone number just in case we need to contact you
- if you are vegetarian,
- if you need a ride,
- if you are planning on bringing anybody (if so, how many?)

This event is a good opportunity to meet our Japan Club members and to make a lot of new friends. You can also ask any Japan Club-related questions. So, please feel free to attend and we hope to see many of you at this fun event!

MSU Japan Club '10 ~ '11

Hey guys,

We all hope many of you shared a great time with Japan Club members last academic year and we are planning on hosting more fun events this coming fall and spring semester.

In order to provide our newly updated information, we have created our new facebook group named "MSU Japan Club '10~'11". If you have a facebook account and would like to receive our information, please join us there and we will keep you up to date when we plan on something.

Island Bazaar with TSA

Hello everyone,

For those of you who came to our annual event "Island Bazaar", thank you so much for coming! We hope all of you enjoyed our food and performances. It was a big success for us and we believe we were able to provide you guys some fun ways to know more about Japanese culture. This was our last event but we will have more fun events next academic year so we hope all of you and your friends will join us again and have a great semester together!

Again, thank you for joining us this year, it meant a lot to us!

Island Bazaar

Hello Everyone,

Japan Club and Taiwanese Student Association would like to invite you to our second annual night market themed:

~ISLAND BAZAAR~

There will be a variety of food, drinks, performances and of course games involved!

Admission is $5 per person
which includes:
- 2 entree
- 2 main dish
- 1 drink and
- a game


To get more of any of the items listed above raffles at $1 each can be purchased at the door.

**There will be no ticket sales at the door, only raffles available

(Schedules for ticket sales will be posted soon)

If any one needs rides please leave your name and contact number on the wall below and we'll get back to you asap :)

There are many more events coming up soon. Please keep that in your mind and don't plan on doing anything on the date of Japan Club events!

BBQ party with TSA

Hey guys,

We would like to host a BBQ party with Taiwanese Student Association on Sunday Oct. 4th starting at 11:00 am to 3:pm at Lake Lansing Park. We will be having a great amount of food and playing some games all together.

In order to collect money for the BBQ, we will set up a booth on September 29th, 30th, and October 1st from 3:00-6:00 pm in Owen Hall. If you pay for tickets in advance, it will cost you $8, but if you show up to the event without tickets, it will cost you $10, so we recommend you to come to Owen Hall to get your tickets in advance. However, if you are certain that you will come to the event, but are not able to pay before the date, please contact us at msujapanclub@gmail.com.
